Bay Area Rescue Mission
The Bay Area Rescue Mission is committed to providing emergency shelter, meals, and comprehensive support services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, poverty, and addiction. Their mission is to offer hope, healing, and transformational opportunities to those in need.
The organization offers a range of services to address the various needs of the homeless and disadvantaged population to include emergency shelter for individuals and families facing homelessness; nutritious meals served with dignity and respect; addiction recovery programs and support services; vocational training, educational resources, and life skills workshops to empower individuals; transitional housing programs to help transition from homelessness to stable housing; and much more.

St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church
Priory of St. Francis supports food & shelter assistance programs in Fresno, collaborating with Fr. Jim Pappas from St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church. Through Fresno local organizations such as food banks, homeless shelters, and community centers and Fr. Pappas, the Priory provides financial support for veterans to improve their living situation.
The Priory partners with the Fresno PD to get surplus food to the homeless. Pictured is Chev. Richard Crowe and several members of the Fresno PD.
Gen. Raymond G Davis Templar Foundation
Individual Priory members financially support young Christians in the Holy Land to achieve their educational dream by funding individual student scholarships which helps both the students and the Palestinian Christian Community. Eligible high school and college students are listed for selection by Priory members.
This program is managed by The General Raymond G. Davis Templar Foundation (a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization) which is the charitable arm of SMOTJ-GPUSA. The Priory and its individual members have sponsored several students.
